CURRICULUM

The primary objective of the Department of English is to develop practical communication skills of a very high order in our students. This situational approach to English is necessary to meet the demands of current, global society, and distinguishes our department from other Universities. At the core of our curriculum is a highly practical set of "Advanced Reading Skills" courses designed to help students gain a well-rounded education in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. In order to facilitate the learning process, these classes are taught by native speakers in small class settings.
