CURRICULUM

In these days, where study with practical application is increasingly important, the Department of Real Estate Sciences offers four courses designed to further specialized knowledge in the Real Estate Sciences' fields. The Management Business Specialization Course covers the fundamentals of real estate sciences and business practice. The Finance and Appraisal Specialization Course prepares students for certificate examinations in real estate appraisal and the field of finance. In the Environmental Design Specialization Course students learn about real estate development, architecture and interior design, and can gain a certificate of qualification to sit architect examinations. In the Environment and Information Specialization Course they learn information management and data processing, and can gain the (Assistant) Land Surveyors Certificate.
