主な業績又は職務実績等	I have been teaching English in Japan since 2006. My recent research has been on gamification in teaching English as a foreign language. The focus of the research was on gamification's effects on learner motivation. I have also conducted research on attitudes towards language learning strategies among adult English learners in Japan.
