2023年度入学式の開催について
2023年度入学式を、以下のとおり開催します。
1. 開催日時
2023年4月4日（火）10:30開式（9:30開場、10:15入場締切）
2. 会場
浦安キャンパス体育館
3. ご家族等の入場について
会場内にご家族等の観覧席を設けますが、座席数に限りがあるため、満席になり次第入場を締め切らせていただきます。
入場締切後は、中継映像をご覧いただける別室へご案内いたします。
なお、インターネットによるライブ配信を行います（アーカイブ配信は実施しません）。
PC、スマートフォン等で式典の模様をご覧いただけますので、ご利用ください。
視聴方法は、後日、本学ウェブサイトにてお知らせいたします。
4. 注意事項
新型コロナウイルスの流行状況によって、日時等を変更する場合があります。
来場の際は、手指消毒等の新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策にご協力ください。発熱等の症状がある方は、来場をご遠慮ください。
（3月24日追記）マスクの着用は不要とします。
来場者用駐車場はありませんので、公共交通機関をご利用ください。
University Entrance Ceremony for the 2023 Academic Year
The 2023 entrance ceremony will be held as follows.
1. Date and Time:
April 4, 2023 (Tuesday) starting from 10:30 AM (Doors will be opened at 9:30 AM and all newly admitted students must arrive by 10:15 AM)
2. Venue
Urayasu Campus Gymnasium
3. Entry of Family Members
We will setup visitor seats for family members in the venue, but because of the limited seating capacity, admission will close as soon as all seats are full.
After the entry deadline, visitors will be guided to a separate room where they can watch the live video feed.
The ceremony will be broadcast live via the Internet (there will be no archive distribution available). The ceremony can be viewed on a PC, smartphone, or the like. Use one of these if necessary.
We will provide viewing information at a later date on this website.
4. Precautions
Depending on the COVID-19 situation, dates and times may change.
When you visit, please to cooperate with measures to prevent COVID-19 infections from spreading by disinfecting your hands. If you have symptoms of the virus, such as a fever, we politely request that you refrain from visiting the venue.（Postscript: March 24th)No need to wear a mask.
Please use public transportation when coming to the event, because there is no parking available for visitors.
